feat: keep a headless Linux Agent awake with a polkit rule - #133

Conversation
With nobody logged in, polkit refuses the boot service's sleep lock, so an idle login screen can suspend the Agent. Setting up start at boot on a Linux Agent that can sleep now also writes one rule letting this account hold the lock, shown first and written with sudo. start --remove and uninstall delete it.
Usage, messages, and the roadmap cover the polkit rule and its test on archbox.

Closes #68.
Tested on archbox: after a reboot with nobody logged in, the lock was held, GNOME tried to suspend at 15 minutes and was blocked, and archbox was reachable at 30 minutes.
