Work flow to clear Akamai cache when code is pushed to Stage or Main branches.
This is related to #659 that's currently on Stage.

This code already exist in the stage branch https://github.com/adobecom/unity/blob/stage/unitylibs/scripts/utils.js#L7

This code already exists in stage branch https://github.com/adobecom/unity/blob/stage/unitylibs/scripts/utils.js#L310 Can we please pull the latest from the stage branch
