Refactor useProgress hook into domain-specific sub-hooks - #295

- Created `src/hooks/progress/useProgressStore.ts` for state and data fetching. - Created `src/hooks/progress/useProgressActions.ts` for mutating logic (`recordAttempt`). - Created `src/hooks/progress/useProgressStats.ts` for computed derived stats and getters. - Composed the sub-hooks back in `src/hooks/useProgress.ts` to maintain the existing API. - Preserved existing test coverage and ensured zero TS errors. useProgresshook had grown into a large god-hook handling state management, API synchronization, attempt computations, and derivations. This PR breaks it down intouseProgressStore,useProgressActions, anduseProgressStatsinside thesrc/hooks/progress/folder to adhere to SRP, mirroring the architecture pattern established foruseGamification.
