release: ringfire v0.5.1 with the illustrated mirror guide

The seven replication diagrams were added after v0.5.0 and are missing from that published crate. This release packages the illustrated guide and corrects figure labels and chart data against the documented measurements.

• Bump Cargo.toml/Cargo.lock to 0.5.1 and record the documentation release.
• Show GAP source-to-mirror and NAK mirror-to-source; distinguish schematic host fan-out from the 16-process measurement.
• Plot the actual per-mirror median ranges; omit an unsupported unpaced 100,000/s value; label measured pacing settings and match WAN precision to the source table.
• Write SVG output as UTF-8 and keep all seven figures reproducible.

Library code and wire protocols are unchanged from v0.5.0.

Validation: independent figure/source review; all seven SVGs rendered and visually inspected; generator executed remotely and XML checked; package built and verified through prod-code on Linux AArch64. The existing CI matrix covers clippy, debug/release/no-default-feature tests, README quickstart, and benchmark compilation on Linux x86-64 and AArch64.
