Release 1.1.0: fixes lockOrUnlockSession, easier to start

Fixed

• lockOrUnlockSession called /session/lock, which doesn't exist (always a 404). It now calls /sessions/lock.
• Requires PHP 8.1: the SDK uses enums, so it never worked on 8.0.

Added

• AlgebrakitApiException (extends RuntimeException): readable message with the API's explanation, plus getStatusCode().
• 30-second default timeout (timeout: argument) and SessionService::DEFAULT_BASE_URL.
• PHPUnit tests (no network needed), CI on PHP 8.1–8.4 including lowest dependencies, and a release workflow that creates GitHub releases from CHANGELOG.md.

Changed

• README rewritten: show the session in a page, all methods, regions, errors, links to docs.algebrakit.com and algebrakit-examples.
• Guzzle ^7.9; repository links point to github.com/algebrakit/sdk-php.
