Agentic-commerce merchant application for a hybrid local cafe and specialty roastery.
The merchant app now contains:
- deterministic catalog, inventory, checkout, order and payment services under
backend; - a responsive Next.js storefront, customer account, cart and merchant console under
frontend; - Razorpay test-mode checkout with server-side signature and capture verification; and
- Ask Ember, a LangGraph shopping agent for recommendations, cart changes, exact checkout preparation and a recoverable, text-only AP2-gated in-chat Razorpay payment; and
- a UCP
2026-08-25discovery/catalog/redirect-checkout adapter plus server-rendered Schema.org merchant, product and offer JSON-LD for external shopping agents. UCP payment always hands the buyer to the trusted AP2/passkey and Razorpay surface.
The incremental demo seed covers prepared coffee, tea, matcha, filter coffee, iced tea, coolers, hot chocolate, packaged goods, accessories, modifiers, delivery zones, normal/low/out-of-stock inventory and optional test identities without manufacturing successful payment state.
Run the storefront with cd frontend && npm install && npm run dev after starting the FastAPI core.
