This change introduces account-based multi-SIM/mobile-wallet tracking with unique names per provider, opening allocation validation, and archive/reactivate flows. It migrates the SQLite schema to v2 with audited, backup-verified migration steps, preserves historical snapshots, and updates the dashboard, API, and exports for per-account balances, journal entries, debts, and reports. The frontend also adds tools to manage accounts and SIMs, and to record inventory/debt activity against specific active accounts.
