Question
Nothing to decide - the scoping call was taken by the alignment gate (#85, §8). This is the work.
demo/playbooks/hero.play:13 and demo/playbooks/stage-triage.play:10, plus their recorded casts (demo/casts/hero.cast:69, demo/casts/stage-triage.cast:68), render SIZE standard - a band that ceases to exist once the atomic swap lands. The hero cast is the gif embedded in the README, so the stale frame is the first thing a reader sees.
Update both playbooks to the two-token contract (SIZE: minimal | moderate | substantial plus the new RISK: line, per the spec's token-contract appendix), pick bands that suit each playbook's scripted request, and re-record both casts.
Blocked by the atomic swap: there is no point re-recording against doctrine that has not shipped yet.
