What changed

  • Advance Reviewer Repair & Bounded Review: Allow the independent Reviewer to run bounded bug and security coverage alongside architectural assessment and repair validated in-scope findings in the same session under advance owner authority, preserving candidate, write-set, and review/repair limits.
  • Consolidated Portable Workflows: Integrate portable guidance into existing skills: independently justified test oracles with circular-expectation rejection and coverage reuse (test-engineer, implementer), a reusable real-application verification procedure, an optional formal-analysis path, a Requirements Engineer author self-correction loop, method-skill routing with durable task graphs and storage lifecycle (coordinator, bearing-lite), an OOPDSA Implementation Design lens, and program planning with milestone ladders, dependency domains, bottom-up estimates, notices, and tiered replanning.
  • Review Timing & Closed-Unit Landing: Dispatch owner-requested review automatically as each declared cadence boundary passes deterministic checks without a second request (Owner-requested review is not dispatched when its declared cadence boundary closes #222); land closed units by committing on the leased Lifecycle branch, running exit checks post-commit, pushing, and opening/updating a PR to the default branch while reserving merge for the owner (Closed waves and phases are never landed: no skill commits, pushes, or opens the PR to the default branch #223); return author-known exact-text deltas on another role's artifact to their owner at the next reconciliation without spending review rounds (Named deltas with a known exact fix wait for end-of-wave review instead of returning to their owner at reconciliation #221).
  • Manifests & Version: Synchronize all package and host manifests to 2.0.3.

Issues Addressed

Verification & Qualification Evidence

  • Repository Test Suite: env -u BEARING_ROLE node --test test/*.test.mjs passes 1,104 tests, 0 failures across 51 test files.
  • Schema Validation: python3 test/schema-validation.py passes 319 schema cases, 0 failures.
  • Native Host Qualification:
    • Pinned official Codex CLI 0.162.1: Positive hook discovery, assurance dispatch (4/4 PASS), and real session ownership lock (7/7 PASS across 5 sequential + 1 concurrent pair, asserting allowed write permitted and denied write refused before execution).
    • Claude Code: Shell invocation and allowed/denied write sentinel qualification PASS.
    • Cursor: Clean catalog registration of all 16 skills under candidate root prefix PASS.
    • Muse Code: All 16 skills discovered and verified in isolated environment PASS.
  • Package & Security Checks:
    • npm pack --json produced 106-member release tarball for @alphazede/bearing-lite@2.0.3.
    • Secret scanning (gitleaks), malware inspection (clamav), and vulnerability audit (pnpm audit) all passed clean with 0 findings.
    • Public boundary test: 19/19 checks PASS, asserting zero private paths, personal emails, or internal operational configurations.

Lineage & Provenance

  • Fresh delivery branch release/public-workflow-2.0.3 created from origin/main (00529a2).
  • Public commit author and committer metadata use verified GitHub noreply identity (1wgrumph).
  • Source tree matches the qualified candidate byte-for-byte across all 47 modified files.

Count inline repair reservations in matching owner amendments. Emit scheduling
advice through existing host adapters without denying authorized launches,
and require review aggregation before mutation in the repair guidance.
Use the REST PR endpoint for base/head identity on older GitHub CLI versions.

Verified red/green hook regressions, 992 unit tests, 319 schema cases,
four native Codex compatibility checks, write-set hygiene and package dry-run.
Close F01–F05 validated findings in the single reserved aggregate repair:
- F01: portable separator normalization in link contract checks
- F02: discriminating named instruction oracles with branch/section checks
- F03: preserve wire denial when write-lock cleanup throws
- F04: aggregate opened review group membership before deterministic close
- F05: separate root-level receipt pin preventing parent authority overwrites

Verified: 1,104 repository tests pass, 319 schema fixtures, four pinned
Codex 0.162.1 native tests, audit, and package dry-run.
