Changes
Replace the separate Test and Speed menu entries with Diagnostics. Opening it starts the connection test; a successful result reveals the existing Cloudflare speed controls. A running speed measurement blocks connection-test restarts. Speed checks now default to h2, while h3 and h1 remain selectable.
Connection and speed events now share the bounded, privacy-filtered log below both sections. The log can be copied or exported to a text document. Repeating the connection test clears it. Speed requests retain their existing screen-lifetime cancellation behavior; restoring the screen does not rerun a completed connection test.
Update English/Russian UI text and documentation, plus UI tests for navigation, automatic start, success gating, restoration, shared logging and file export.
