Summary:

• show the proxy exit country with a flag, localized name, and ISO code
• fall back across three independent HTTPS providers for both exit IP and country
• keep country lookup optional so GeoIP outages do not fail the VPN connectivity test
• verify KVM availability and require non-empty, unskipped UI test reports
• add an instrumentation test for IEC/SI selection and persistence

Verification:

• native Go tests
• Android unit tests and lint
• debug APK assembly with the rebuilt native AAR
• four instrumentation tests on an API 35 emulator
