Following this issue, I decided to revisit lintsampler's various pins (both the main package dependancies in
pyproject.tomland the test requirements intest_requirements.txt.numpy<2.0upper bound (having first ensured that all the pytest tests still pass with numpy >2.0).The tests all still pass.
