🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟠 Major | ⚡ Quick win
Quote the dictionary comparison to fix the YAML syntax error.
YAMLlint reports a syntax error on this line. A plain scalar that contains : inside the flow mapping {'kubernetes.io/os': 'linux'} is parsed as a mapping key. This breaks the task file, so the Molecule tests cannot load it.
Wrap the whole expression in quotes.

Ensure EDA UI placement is reconciled when configuration is removed from the EDA CR. The UI Deployment was applied from its template, but removed placement values could remain in its PodTemplate. Ensure EDA UI placement is reconciled when configuration is removed from the EDA CR.
The UI Deployment was applied from its template, but removed placement values could remain in its PodTemplate. Explicitly compare and reconcile nodeSelector, tolerations, affinity, and topologySpreadConstraints after rendering the UI Deployment.
This restores the expected declarative behavior: removing a UI placement setting from the EDA CR removes it from the Deployment and allows the rollout to recover.
Essentially, this change prevents stale Kubernetes placement from surviving after the administrator removes it from the EDA CR.
