Use namespace-qualified Daphne and API Service names so activation Jobs in a separate namespace can resolve their WebSocket and token-refresh endpoints. Document administrator-owned network prerequisites and the PostgreSQL exception for event-stream activations. Test the rendered URLs. Assisted-by: OpenCode / GPT-6 Sol (OpenAI)

Use the configured port for managed PostgreSQL.
A managed database may use a non-default port. The generated connection secret uses that port, but the managed Service still exposes and targets only TCP 5432. A direct event-source activation using the configured port can therefore fail. Update the Service template and use a port placeholder in both policy examples.

What
Why
Activation Jobs running outside the EDA control-plane namespace need unambiguous Service endpoints and appropriate cross-namespace network access. The operator does not manage those cross-namespace policies; the guide explains the administrator-owned requirements.
