…ll ratio — a dropped timed region is short in every call, a runner stall in one; CallTimingCoverage captures five calls per arm (refs #2387) #2387 cell 2. CallTimingCoverageTests summed component and total time over 3 calls of a 2-line program (~85 ms each), so one 15 ms stall between two components on a loaded 2-core CI runner failed the project arm at 0.9410 (PR #2378, run 40280449879) against 0.9986–0.9992 locally. The instrument's job is to catch a timed region that stops being recorded — SYSTEMATIC, every call short (P41 P1.2's dropped process component: 0.729 / 0.936 / 0.747). Cure (Sharpy.TestInfrastructure): TimingCoverage carries each call's component/total ratio; WithinFivePercent — the one verdict, used by the test and by the SHARPY_TEST_TIMING report's within_5pct — reads MedianCallRatio; the summed Ratio stays as the printed aggregate and the report row gains median_call_ratio. CallsPerArm 3 -> 5 (odd; the median absorbs up to two stalled calls per arm; ~1.5 s total). M0 (this commit, @ e0eaaf5 + cfbaff3): green; per-call ratios 0.9988–0.9994 in every arm. M2 (P41 P1.2 — Component.Process recording dropped): RED in all three arms; median 0.2154 entry-file / 0.3110 project / 0.2307 single. Restored. M3 (one 40 ms Thread.Sleep between WriteCopy and Process on captured calls 3, 8, 13 — one stalled call per arm): GREEN; stalled calls 0.60–0.62, medians 0.9990 / 0.9990 / 0.9992, while the SUMMED ratios were 0.8779 / 0.8914 / 0.8814 — the old verdict would have failed all three arms. Restored (cmp against the backup; no M3 marker left). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01K2323qMsCY6Fqe8BdVJXrm
