Clean single-property bump, all checks green. One thing I checked specifically, since this is the first Citrus bump since #3063 landed:

#3063 fixed aws-ddb-sink-delete-item-test by escaping the quotes in its JSON payload, because Citrus' JBangSupport passes each system property to Camel JBang as -D%s="%s" — a body with bare " arrives mangled. That fix depends on 5.0.x keeping that behaviour.

It does. From this PR's test run:
