Windows Instance console user experience

The required feature described as a wish

As a CloudStack user, I wish for a better user experience in the instance console for GUI-based guest instances.
There is a bit of sluggishness in moving windows around, etc., when using Windows guest instances over the console proxy. However, when accessing the console directly on the hypervisor, the sluggishness is not present.

Not sure this is just related to Windows Only. The experience is not great in an Ubuntu Desktop GUI environment either. While I don't recommend doing this, playing any sort of video causes the session to freeze and even disconnect regardless of resources you give it including video memory. This only occurs when the session goes through the Console Proxy.
