TypeScript: apso migrate writes no migration files #155
Python writes Alembic files to alembic/versions/ and Go writes goose files to migrations/, but the TypeScript generator's generateMigration returns nothing (src/lib/generators/typescript.ts:400). apso migrate (src/commands/migrate.ts:97-120) prints SQL checked against PGlite, and the user has to run TypeORM db:generate to get a file.
Write a TypeORM migration file so a schema change produces a reviewable migration in the pull request, the same as the other two languages.
Fixed in #164 (CLI 0.44.0, on npm). apso migrate and apso migrate generate write src/migrations/<ts>-SchemaUpdate-migration.ts (a TypeORM class with up() and a reversing down()) plus the answered plan beside it. Checked with the published package: the rename-field case wrote ALTER TABLE "contact" RENAME COLUMN "phone" TO "mobilePhone", and down() renames it back.
