Prepares this repo for archiving. @apso/sdk now lives in apsoai/apso-packages (typescript/packages/sdk), starting with 1.4.0.
Merge just before archiving, after apsoai/apso-packages#65 is merged and 1.4.0 is on npm. Do not merge yet.
