chore: Update Lean to v4.34.0 - #32

Toolchain and dependencies bumped by lean-update.
The 1.98 channel now resolves to 1.98.1, but the flake still expected the 1.98.0 manifest hash. Pin the patch release explicitly so fresh Nix evaluations agree with rustup and future patch releases cannot invalidate the hash.
