Toolchain and dependencies bumped by lean-update.
`List.idxOf_cons` now unfolds to an `if` rather than a `bif`, so the `cond_eq_ite` rewrite in `List.idxOf_eq_length_iff` no longer finds its pattern; `split` handles the `if` directly. The toolchain deprecates the `if_*`/`dif_*` conditional lemmas in favour of `ite_*`/`dite_*` names, and moves `List.getElem?_inj` under `List.Nodup`. Each replacement has the same explicit arguments, so these are renames. CI builds with `--wfail`, which turns the deprecation warnings into failures.
