Full visual redesign: the walnut/cream theme becomes a playful "sticker" style with the Myrtille palette.

• Palette: lilac page, white cards outlined in deep ink with a hard offset shadow, violet for actions, yellow / pink / sky as pop fills. Win / draw / loss now use violet / yellow / pink (no more green).
• Light by default: dark mode is opt-in through the toggle, with its own tuned palette.
• Typography: Bricolage Grotesque replaces DM Sans + Fraunces. IBM Plex Mono stays for SAN.
• Landing: the question is the headline, one form card, three illustrated steps, "Free, local" and "Open source" badges, floating piece stickers on desktop.
• Scan form: only the usernames and the scan button are visible. Color, time controls, window, limit and rated sit behind an "Options" toggle that shows a one-line summary. Open by default when editing filters from the dashboard.
• Dashboard: sticker panels, yellow selected row, palette-aware results bars, confidence badge and KPIs.
• Icon + OG image restyled. New i18n keys added in all 13 locales.

Validation

• pnpm typecheck and pnpm build pass. pnpm lint: 0 errors, the remaining warnings were already there.
• Playwright: landing, filled-in form and dashboard after a real scan (Hikaru), in light and dark, at desktop 1440px and mobile 390px. No horizontal scroll, visible keyboard focus.
• Two Codex review passes. Fixed: low-contrast remove icon on yellow chips, missing input focus ring, text opacity modifiers below AA, light loss red darkened, board coordinates set to black. Every text/background token pair is ≥ 4.6:1 (WCAG AA).
