…120) 0.4.0 never reached CRAN, so the six issues fixed after it was tagged belong in 0.4.0 rather than in a 0.4.1 nobody would have a 0.4.0 to upgrade from. DESCRIPTION stays at 0.4.0. Folded rather than concatenated: the entries are placed beside their siblings so the section keeps its features-then-fixes order. The two that extend an existing verb sit directly under it, the four fixes join the fix run, the docs note joins the docs run, and the breaking change stays last.
