Documents base44 branches list, site install, and site dev (new since v0.1.7), plus behavior changes picked up along the way: deploy/site deploy's --build/--no-build and --git-hash deployments-API lane, link --app-id now linking directly (works with workspace API keys), eject's and deploy's site-block defaults, dev --remote's --port conflict, exec's 24h SDK freshness window and env-supplied target, and logs' --env now reading both environments by default. actors, api, and workflows were already current from a prior unversioned update; versions/publish stay undocumented since the CLI gates them off (not user-facing yet).
