Agents in full-stack apps can call the app's own server routes as tools
({tool_name, route_path, method, description}). Add that tool shape to the
agent schema in the base44-cli and base44-sandbox skills.

The automatedsync-cli-skilljob only diffssrc/cli, so it wouldn't pick up the change in #680 (src/core/resources/agent/schema.ts). That's why these edits are made by hand.Not tested: docs-only change.
