…apse it OhMyPi moved its catalog to binary registry formats on 2026-10-29; models.json now decodes to 79 of 258 providers. The 2026-10-31 refresh committed that (Devin 178 to 2 models) and turned check-rust red. Restore the a0f8326 catalog and fail the refresh when it would lose more than 10% of providers or models (override: BASEBUILD_CATALOG_ALLOW_SHRINK=1).

Problem
The daily catalog job (ff93e00, 2026-10-31) committed a catalog with 79 of 258 providers and 5,949 of 13,677 models. Devin went from 178 models to 2, so
check-rustfails (devin_has_models_with_swe_and_glm,bundled_devin_models_match_catalog), and any release cut now would drop those providers for every user.Cause: OhMyPi rewrote its catalog on 2026-10-29 ("optimized catalog and theme loading with binary registry formats"). The
models.jsonwe fetch now decodes to a subset; 175 of our providers no longer appear in it at all.Change
