reqwestfrom 0.13.4 to 0.13.5 in/rust. This patch fixes a bug where the wrong proxy credentials could be sent when multiple proxies matched a URL, and fixes a panic in the blocking client on timeout. It also addsError::is_dns(),ClientBuilder::http1_max_headers(), and exposes the negotiated TLS version viaTlsInfo— all additive, so no code changes are required.Written for commit 8117df1.
