feat(ui): add email confirmation flow across Host, Strata, and Platform applications (REGBACKLOG-372)

Description of changes:

Email Verification Flow in Application Wizards

Implements the primary contact email confirmation requirement across the Host, Strata Hotel, and Platform applications to prevent notification delivery failures caused by typos.

• strr-base-web:

  • Added "Confirm Email Address" input field to Contact.vue and ContactInfo.vue directly beneath the primary contact email.
  • Added reusable withEmailConfirmation Zod validation helper in connect-validation/email.ts to enforce character-for-character exact matching (emailAddress === confirmEmailAddress).
  • Updated strrContact store schema to enforce confirmation for the primary representative while keeping completing party and secondary representatives exempt.
  • Centralized English and French translations (validation.emailMatch and label.confirmEmailAddress) for layer inheritance.
  • Added unit test suite in tests/unit/email-verification.spec.ts.
  • Bumped version 0.0.53 -> 0.0.54.

• strr-host-pm-web:

  • Added "Confirm Email Address" input to AddOwners/input/Person.vue conditioned on owner.role === OwnerRole.HOST.
  • Integrated withEmailConfirmation validation into hostOwner store schema, enforcing exact match for property hosts while exempting co-hosts and property managers.
  • Updated mock data fixtures and added unit tests in store-host-owner.spec.ts.
  • Bumped version 1.3.32 -> 1.3.33.

• strr-platform-web & strr-strata-web:

  • Automatically inherit the confirmation input and validation via the shared FormContactInfo component and strrContact store.
  • Bumped versions: strr-platform-web (1.2.4 -> 1.2.5), strr-strata-web (1.2.7 -> 1.2.8).
