[ical4j 4.x] Update ical4j dependency and make it compile again #184
Description
After updating the ical4j dependency, compilation of both the source and the tests will break.
In order to be able to work on the actual migration, we can replace all questionable function calls by TODO() first. If necessary, we can replace whole class implementations by stubs.
As soon as we have a compiling code base (and tests), we can migrate all classes one by one.
