[ical4j 4.x] Check desugaring

Java 8 Time API requires Android 8

However it's made available on Android <8 (= Android 7, since DAVx5 requires Android 7) over desugaring.

Check TimeZone.toZoneIdCompat method – is it still needed?
- ~~Otherwise replace everything.~~
- Update: Can be removed with all other legacy DateTime. helpers
Check DAVx5 sync with Android 7 (for instance with a composite build and Update synctools to a version that uses ical4j 4.x davx5-ose#2087)

Documenting my findings:

ical4j's TzHelper uses the constructor Scanner(InputStream, Charset) that was added in Java 10/Android 14, but is currently not supported by Android's desugaring. See Use different Scanner constructor for Android compatibility ical4j/ical4j#871

So far everything works fine with ical4j 4.2.5.

Very nice!
