[Android 7] AndroidTimeZonesTest.testLoadSystemTimezones fails for Asia/Hanoi #318
Description
Asia/Hanoi is available on the system, but not in ical4j.
So a user could select Asia/Hanoi in their calendar app for an event, but then ical4j can't load VTIMEZONE data for that timezone.
We should make sure that this is either no problem (then the test could for instance only print a warning), or fix it.
To test: Start Android 7 emulator, add event in Asia/Hanoi to calendar app, sync.

When Asia/Hanoi is somehow used for an event in Android 7 (it's not offered by the AOSP Calendar, didn't check other ones), synctools ignores the missing VTIMEZONE and just doesn't write a VTIMEZONE.
So I think it's safe to print it as a warning.
