Issue body actions

• JtxCollectionProvider that uses ContentProviderClient and manages (CRUD) the collections
• JtxCollection (takes JtxCollectionProvider, which always has a ContentProviderClient, as argument) that manages (CRUD) the actual items
• items in JtxCollection are represented by Entity
• support for exceptions of recurring tasks/journal entries by these classes:
  • JtxObjectAndExceptions contains main Entity + exceptions (one Entity per exception)
  • JtxRecurringCollection provides CRUD for JtxObjectAndExceptions or however it's called, see [jtx rewrite] Define interface for main item + list of exceptions #373 (and uses JtxCollection to actually read/write them)
• plus tests
