docs: name a contact address that works - #393

legal@agentmetry.ai does not work, so a company trying to sign the CCLA, or anyone asking about licensing or the trademark, had no address that reached anyone. These now name contact@agentmetry.ai, which the site's pilot page already uses. The CCLA stays at v1.0, because a contact address is not a change to what anyone agreed to. docs/legal/pre-cla-audit.md keeps the old address as a dated record.
