…to it Wallet had no screen to edit phone/birthdate/address/country after onboarding, so users missing any of these fields for linking a US bank account had no self-service way to fix it. Adds a full editor backed by the existing PATCH /identities/me endpoint, and makes the US bank link failure parse E_PROFILE_PHONE_MISSING/BIRTHDATE_MISSING to redirect there with the offending field focused instead of a generic toast.
feat(profile): add edit-profile screen, route US bank profile errors to it
Kept country of birth, but removing the two identity-document fields from the self-service editor for now.
