Summary

Avoid exposing Telegram chat IDs in OpenCode session titles by using opaque, sortable UTC
timestamps with a UUID4 suffix.

Changes

  • Centralize opaque session-title generation.
  • Use it for initial synchronous and asynchronous sessions, and /new.
  • Keep the existing Telegram-chat-to-OpenCode-session mapping unchanged.
  • Add tests for title format, uniqueness within the same second, and session creation paths.

Verification

  • make test (88 tests passed)
  • python3 -m compileall -q bot/telegram/bloc_bridge
  • git diff --check
