Follow-up pushed: centralized OpenCode tool reporting (including apply_patch, gh, and todowrite), and updated the source documentation and both PlantUML diagrams to reflect opencode.exchange. Validation: make test (132 passing), compileall, and git diff --check; the GitHub checks are also passing.
