Summary

  • Extract asynchronous monitor timing and outcome decisions into a deterministic policy module.
  • Keep OpenCode I/O and polling orchestration in the exchange monitor.
  • Add focused offline tests for completion, cancellation, timeout, and recovery.
  • Document the new module in the Telegram bridge guide.

Validation

  • make test (138 tests)
  • python3 -m compileall -q bot/telegram/bloc_bridge
  • git diff --check
