Defer Codex, OpenCode, Pi, and Antigravity session roots until a child work span arrives. Lifecycle-only sessions are discarded during sink flush, preventing empty traces and Topics processing.
The gate is shared in the Braintrust sink and strips its internal marker before delivery.
