• Core 1.8.1 (Fade the CD fader from the current level Bubilator88Core#35): the CD fader now fades from the current level. The CD BIOS's player writes 0, starts the track, then 5 (0x3417, 0x3496); 5 used to drop the level to silence and fade in over two seconds, cutting off the start of every track in the CD player mode. Mirrors' 7 → next track → 5 still fades in. minimumVersion raised to 1.8.1.
• Help (ja / en): new Control Zones page (turning on, layouts and disks, editor, mouse buttons, controller), linked from every page's contents and the top page. The CD-ROM Known Limitations section is removed; the note that Separated (8ch) recordings leave out CD audio moves to Audio Recording. The Cassette Tape page becomes Cassette Tape and Memory Images and takes the Memory Images section from Save States. Getting Started now covers Resume where you left off and the launch update check, and the fullscreen scaling modes list Correct Aspect Ratio (4:3). A new Cheats page covers 88PAR presets, importing .pat files and turning groups on and off. Getting Started > ROM Files now points to pbios, as the README does. Rhythm WAV Files no longer claims the Rhythm part is silent without them: each missing sound plays from the bundled stand-in. Save States says 30 slots (it said 10), and Using Disks lists 7z archives instead of saying they cannot be opened. Search indexes regenerated with hiutil.
• README: AI Upscale cut to one paragraph without the model list; Control Zones and Cheats added to Features; the Windows link points to win-v1.2.0. New README.en.md, a translation of README.md; each links to the other at the top.
• scripts/cd_track_to_wav.py: extracts an audio track from a single-file cue sheet to WAV, used to compare the image's audio against the emulator's.
