Add .n80 memory image restore and MemoryImageBoot - #30

Restore a PC-8001 RAM dump the way X88000M's LoadMemoryImage does, and sequence it from N-BASIC with MemoryImageBoot: wait for the prompt, restore, then RUN when the image needs it. Text copy reads every other byte in 40-column mode, so the sequencer sees "Ok" rather than "O k". BootTester loads an image with BOOTTEST_N80_PATH.
