+**v0.11.0 is a minor release for the CAMARA tooling repository.**
+
+This release extends the `info.description` template check (P-027) to warn when a mandatory block has no blank line directly after its BEGIN marker, which Swagger Editor needs to render the following heading, and labels finding locations that point at an inline schema rather than a named component. It adds a one-command local validation run for API repositories and links the run and fixture per branch in the regression summary. Validation jobs now restore the npm cache, and the Commonalities regression pipeline for CommonalitiesTest receives several fixes. Eleven `/validation` dependency changes are included.
