This project fills a gap in the OSB. I believe this to be of real value to the community. There will be genuine interest in this solution and it could help adoption of the OSB.

Adds the HTP42 OSB USDM Uploader (HealthTechPartners42) to the COSA project directory, submitted via the COSA membership YAML.
Changes:
src/assets/projects/htp42-osb-usdm-uploader/htp42-osb-usdm-uploader.yamlsrc/assets/projects/htp42-osb-usdm-uploader/htp42-osb-usdm-uploader.jsonsrc/assets/projects/projects.json(new directory entry)logo.pngstill needs to be added to this branch. The automated tooling available in this session can only write text content to files, and cannot upload binary/image files without corrupting them — so I could not push the submitted logo. Marking as draft untilsrc/assets/projects/htp42-osb-usdm-uploader/logo.pngis added directly on this branch (drag-and-drop via GitHub's web UI works fine).
