Marks all Ruby High routes as raw paths so elizaOS mounts the declared
/ruby-high/*contract instead of prefixing/plugin-ruby-high. Adds a route contract test, including the registry viewer target/ruby-high/viewer.Validated with
npm run check(typecheck, 14 tests, build).
