Uses a self-contained Ruby High mark while the agent is disconnected, avoiding the broken root-relative teacher image on a clean first launch. Allows validated HTTPS/local development images in the viewer CSP for connected sessions and adds disconnected render coverage.

npm run check(typecheck, 15 tests, build).
