Vendor patched Vize compiler crates

Citry's native Vue compiler needs fixes that are not available in Vize
0.420.0. This PR copies two Vize's Rust crates with our custom modifications, as a prerequisite to
#137. This hugely reduces the size of the #137 PR.

The source comes from the published vize_atelier_core and vize_s1_to_s2
0.420.0 archives. Each README.citry.md records the archive SHA-256, upstream
commit, exact source and test deltas, and removal conditions. The patches:

• quote and escape directive and v-model modifier keys;
• preserve runtime directive wrappers for elements transformed out of
  <template v-for>;
• preserve keyed children in loop and conditional fragments; and
• add regression coverage for those cases.

#137 will consume these directories as local Cargo source dependencies. Cargo
will compile them into citry_core through citry_vue_compiler; they are not
published or deployed separately. #138 tracks contributing the fixes upstream
and removing these source copies once a compatible Vize release contains them.

Validation:

• verified all 518 Vize paths and file bytes against the source in Replace the Alpine ownership runtime with Vue #137;
• verified both crates.io archive SHA-256 values;
• compared each vendored tree with its archive and confirmed that the
  differences match its README.citry.md inventory; and
• ran git diff --check successfully.

The full Vue migration gate on #137, including the native compiler regression
tests on Linux, macOS, and Windows, passed with these exact source bytes.
