Fixes #1257.

CONTRIBUTING.md still pointed to the old bot-whatsapp repository and referenced commands that no longer exist (pnpm run test.e2e, npm run pre-copy, lib instead of dist, @bot-whatsapp/* packages).

Changes

• Updated issue/fork/clone/edit links to codigoencasa/builderbot.
• Replaced the Node requirement with the exact engines range from packages/bot/package.json (^18.17.0 || ^20.3.0 || >=21.0.0) and mentioned the sharp dependency.
• Aligned the test commands with package.json (pnpm test, pnpm --filter <package> test).
• Fixed the starter example (base-js-baileys-mysql, ESM imports in src/app.js).
• Added an "Antes de enviar un Pull Request" section (lint/format checks, Conventional Commits, no manual edits to generated starters, target branch builderbot).
• Ticked the "cambiar el CONTRIBUTING.md" item in TODO.md.

Verification

• pnpm dlx prettier --check CONTRIBUTING.md passes.
• No remaining references to the old repository or removed commands.
