Summary

makage update-deps --from ./constructive bump to the freshly published pgpm packages that carry the SqlProgram statement layer (constructive #1535) and graph-based subsystem exclusion (constructive #1538):

@pgpmjs/core       7.17.2 → 7.18.0
@pgpmjs/slice      0.11.2 → 0.12.0
@pgpmjs/transform  0.12.2 → 0.13.0
pgsql-test         ^5.8.6 → ^5.8.7
supabase-test      ^3.8.6 → ^3.8.7

No source changes — the portability transforms are behavior-compatible (exclusion/route/rebind APIs unchanged; the new versions only converge the internals). Plain-PG portability suite (deploy-ported, transpile, contract) verified green locally; the vendor-image job runs deploy-vendor in CI.
