Previously, there were two ways of working with projects of type "journal" in
crossref deposit. You could specify a single--fileor you could not specify and allow journal article subfolders to be discovered.This PR enables more explicit, granular controls. Rather than a single
--file, you can specify any number of arguments. These may be files or folders. Files will be built directly and folders will perform subfolder discovery of MyST projects.This also deprecates
--file; simply provide the file as an argument to the command directly.
