  ContextualHelp renders a question icon that reveals help content on hover or keyboard focus. Use variant="text" (default) for plain text and variant="interactive" when the content contains links.

  To migrate, replace Input.LabelInfo with ContextualHelp, keep the label spacing with ml="xxs", and query the icon as a button.

  When its href points to another origin than the current page, Anchor now opens it in a new tab with rel="noopener noreferrer". Relative and same-origin links still open in the same tab. Pass target or rel explicitly to override this behavior.

  Anchor.External opens its destination in a new tab with rel="noopener noreferrer", renders an external link icon after the content, and tells screen reader users that the link opens in a new tab. Translate the announcement with newTabLabel.
