Why

Renovate's non-major js/ts group (#8583) bumps @msw/playwright from 0.6.7 to 0.7.0. 0.7 imports msw/http, which only msw 3 exports, while the catalog pins msw 2.15.0. Every Playwright suite that uses @msw/playwright fails to load:

Error: Package subpath './http' is not defined by "exports" in .../@msw+playwright@0.7.0_msw@2.15.0.../node_modules/msw/package.json

What

Adds a packageRules entry to renovate.json5 that keeps @msw/playwright below 0.7.0. Remove it with the msw 3 migration.

Verification

• renovate-config-validator renovate.json5: passes.
• On chore(deps): update all non-major dependencies (js/ts) j:kit-282 #8583's head (875ab1e) with @msw/playwright set back to 0.6.7: atomic-hosted-page e2e passes (9/9) and atomic-theming-e2e passes (39/39).
• All 12 failing test jobs on chore(deps): update all non-major dependencies (js/ts) j:kit-282 #8583 show the ./http export error. The two "Confirm build is valid" failures are the aggregate gates.
